• Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Manage a team of workers to meet production targets and maintain quality.

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

a. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

b. At least 1 year in a supervisory position

c. Experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage

d. Strong supervisory skills and production management experience

e. Knowledge in the implementation of GHP, ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-4:2018, FSSC 22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines, and other related standards related to food safety preferred

f. Ability to manage and adhere to production schedules and production planning

g. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

h. Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols

i. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
