Responsibilities:
1. Design innovative and engaging contract campaign initiatives aligned with the exchange’s business objectives and market dynamics to boost user participation and trading volume.
2. Collaborate closely with product, R&D, and other departments to drive project implementation and execution, and partner with marketing teams to promote post-launch growth.
3. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and impact, and develop optimization plans to enhance future performance.
4. Actively engage with users to collect feedback and suggestions, promptly address complaints and issues, and ensure a high-quality user experience and satisfaction.
5. Analyze competitor exchanges’ operations based on cryptocurrency market trends, propose feasible solutions, and implement corresponding improvements.
6. Coordinate with BD teams and KOLs to facilitate campaign rollout and execution, improving user conversion and fostering effective collaboration.
7. Establish a monthly channel operations OKR/KPI tracking mechanism, and dynamically adjust strategies based on market feedback and data performance; possess comprehensive OKR management experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
2. Experience in campaign operations within the cryptocurrency industry or financial derivatives sector, with in-depth knowledge of contract trading products and markets.
3. Excellent campaign planning and organizational skills, with the ability to independently develop and execute event plans.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly presenting insights and recommendations to all levels of management and team members.
5. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use data-driven methods to optimize campaign strategies.
6. Ability to work under pressure and drive successful campaign execution in a highly competitive market environment.
7. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
