  1. Kullanıcıların taleplerini çevrimiçi müşteri hizmetleri aracıyla almak ve kullanıcıların ilgi alanlarına yanıt vermek;
  2. İşlem sırasında mevcut olan sorunları hızlı bir şekilde geri bildirmek, sorunları toplamak ve düzenlemek;
  3. Güçlü bir ticari hassasiyete sahip olmak, eğitim aldıktan sonra temel ticari kavramları, finansal bilgileri ve deneyimleri anlama konusunda öncelik sağlanacaktır;
  4. Kullanıcı deneyimindeki engeller üzerinde beyin fırtınası yapmak, kullanıcı ihtiyaçlarını keşfetmek ve sorunların çözülmesi ile süreç optimizasyonunu teşvik etmek;
  5. Vardiyalı çalışma/uzun süreli gece vardiyasına uyum sağlayabilmek.
