Job Description
- Responsible for receiving user inquiries through online customer service tools and answering user questions;
- Timely feedback on existing issues, collecting and organizing problems;
- Possess strong business acumen, able to grasp basic business concepts after training. Candidates with financial knowledge and experience will be preferred;
- Brainstorm obstacles in user experience, identify user needs, and promote problem-solving and process optimization;
- Able to adapt to shift work or long night shifts.
