Description
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Review project specifications and perform necessary calculations.
- Utilize CAD software for drafting and modeling.
- Maintain project documentation and attend site meetings as needed.
- Provide technical support during installation and construction phases.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields. A diploma or certificate in Drafting Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in MEP drafting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and CAD software; strong technical drawing skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Create detailed MEP drawings, collaborate with engineers, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
