Position Overview
Based in Indonesia, the Prosthetist & Orthotist (P&O) will be a cornerstone of our digital fabrication project. The primary mission is to train and mentor local partner facilities, provide technical and clinical oversight, ensure quality control, and support implementation of Instalimb’s digital P&O workflow.
The role includes close coordination with international organizations, federal/state health institutions, national orthopaedic/rehabilitation hospitals, universities, Private clinics, and NGOs. In early phases, you will help localize product and process specifications to Indonesian patient needs (including elements of R&D).
Short international travel (e.g., for training/exchanges in India) may be required.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct local materials/process improvement studies with the global R&D team.
- Prototype and evaluate localized configurations with clear documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed training logs, clinical supervision notes, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Consolidate manufacturing documentation from partner sites.
- Prepare briefings/reports in English for internal/external stakeholders.
Other Duties
