Description
- Provide therapeutic massages to clients.
- Assess clients' needs and customize treatments accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Stay updated on massage techniques and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Ensure client confidentiality and comfort at all times.
- Manage appointment scheduling and record keeping.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Massage Therapy or related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical or spa setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent observational abilities, and a deep sense of empathy and compassion.
- Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working in a busy spa or clinic, often on your feet and performing physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: A nurturing demeanor, professionalism, and a passion for helping others are essential.
