- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans
- Manage all marketing-related activities, including advertising, content creation, social media, events, and collaborations
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management, budget management, and people management
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
