1. 參與公司合約、政策及條款的擬定與審核。
2. 協助回應監管機構的審查與調查，維持與監管部門的良好溝通，並及時處理監管事務。
3. 向公司員工提供培訓與教育，以提升其對數位貨幣法規及合規要求的認識。
4. 跟蹤全球數位貨幣產業的最新發展與法律趨勢，定期提供報告並提出建議。
5. 負責公司內部及對外交易事宜，如股權變動、合併與收購。
6. 代表公司及其高層與移民當局進行溝通。
7. 為關聯公司在與美國客戶往來時提供法律諮詢。
任職要求：
1. 具備至少5年相關法律工作經驗，且有處理美國上市公司、國際經濟法及移民事務的豐富直接經驗。
2. 有加密貨幣產業經驗者優先。
3. 持有紐約州及德州律師執照，並維持良好執業紀錄。
4. 精通合約擬定、審核、談判及法律研究。
5. 優秀的英語書寫與口語溝通能力。
6. 具備普通話溝通能力者優先。
