Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT-related issues and service requests from employees.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.

• Provide remote and on-site support for end-users.

• Assist in managing company networks, servers, and IT systems.

• Support installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and applications.

• Ensure proper network security protocols and data protection measures.

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware and software assets.

• Assist in procurement, setup, and decommissioning of IT equipment.

• Conduct basic IT training sessions for employees.

• Document troubleshooting guides, system configurations, and IT policies.

• Provide support for ICT-related tools and applications.

• Assist in cybersecurity measures and compliance.

• Collaborate with external vendors for IT support when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical assistance.

• Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and system administration.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with ERP systems, basic programming (Python, PowerShell, SQL), or cybersecurity is a plus.
