Responsibilities:

• Fundraising and Expansion: Lead fundraising efforts across the Asia-Pacific region, engaging high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. Develop and implement targeted fundraising strategies.
• Investor Management: Manage investor relationships allocated by the company, guiding product subscriptions through strategic presentations, performance analysis, and other professional communications. Maintain existing LP relationships with regular in-depth interactions.
• Professional Communication: Leverage quantitative strategy expertise to clearly explain fund strategy principles, risk control mechanisms, and performance attribution logic to investors. Address technical inquiries.
• Report Preparation: Prepare periodic LP reports covering fund performance data, strategy execution, market analysis, and other key content. Ensure information is accurate and timely.
• Resource Coordination: Expand and maintain ecosystem resources such as exchanges and industry partners. Facilitate cross-organization communication to support fund operations.
• Support senior management in investor meetings, roadshows, and other marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Possess a mature investor network, including high-net-worth clients and institutional LPs, capable of initiating fundraising quickly.
• Master the core logic of quantitative trading; familiar with market-neutral, arbitrage, and other common strategies, able to convey strategy value precisely.
• Strong financial analysis skills; proficient in drafting investor reports that clearly present fund operational data and performance.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English; adaptable to cross-cultural work environments in the Asia-Pacific region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IR or investment management roles at renowned hedge funds, family offices, or crypto funds with a successful fundraising track record.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market; familiar with major exchanges and on-chain assets.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management to assist in the compliant operations of funds in the APAC market.
