Description
- Knowledge in fabricating aluminum, installing, and sealing panels (made of glass and aluminum) according to required quality standards and procedures.
- Proficient in measuring and using power tools essential for constructing and installing windows, doors, storefronts, louvers, railings, curtain wall systems, and more.
- Ability to understand plans and drawings for fabrication and installation.
- Capable of assembling and installing windows, doors, storefronts, louvers, railings, canopies, curtain wall systems, and more.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required; high school diploma preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in construction or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of construction tools, safety practices, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in construction tasks, maintain site cleanliness, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in varying weather conditions; physically demanding tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, good teamwork skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
