Description

Are you detail-oriented and highly organized? We’re looking for a People Engagement Associate to join our team who can manage admin tasks while supporting recruitment efforts. Your role will involve keeping employee records accurate, ensuring HR policies are followed, and helping maintain smooth communication within the team. Trust and confidentiality are key, as you’ll handle sensitive information regularly.


You're the "roll-up-your-sleeves" type who is always willing to take on new and/or bigger challenges. You will be organised, adaptable, and capable of working across multiple projects and timelines. You will be a reliable source of information for each of the teams, with a curious mind, a desire to learn and excellent relationship management skills.



  • Support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up.
  • Manage candidate communications, including pre-screening, interview confirmations, and post-interview feedback.
  • Keep ATS and trackers updated to maintain accurate records of recruitment and employee information.
  • Develop strong working relationships with partners and suppliers for smooth collaboration.
  • Efficiently handle procurement of office supplies, services, and equipment.
  • Work closely with the finance department to process vendor payments promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events to foster a positive company culture.
  • Help with promoting and supporting the culture club, contributing ideas and helping with event logistics.
  • Coordinate communication around employee events, ensuring everyone is informed and involved.
  • Support the collection of employee feedback through surveys.
  • Deliver high-quality work for assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.
  • Maintain a solution-focused approach when managing unexpected responsibilities, ensuring efficient task completion and minimal disruption to existing priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar support role.
  • Experience working with ANZ / UK based companies or customers 
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through.
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset, thriving in start-up-like environments where processes evolve quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment, coordinating activities across different locations.
