Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support the onboarding process and orientation for new hires.
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for remote tasks.
