Description
- Willing to work at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct training programs and employee development initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, people management, HR planning, leadership, and business acumen.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for recruitment events.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solver, and strategic thinker.
