Description
- Conducting job analysis to understand the requirements and responsibilities of various positions within the organization.
- Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. This includes utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and other recruitment channels.
- Administering and evaluating pre-employment assessments, tests, and reference checks to assess candidate's suitability for the position.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
- Reviewing resumes and application to shortlist candidates and hiring managers. Ensuring the smooth flow of recruitment process.
Requirements
- At least with 2-3 years experience in all facet of HR.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Standard labor laws.
- Graduate of Psychology or any Human Resources related courses, eligibility is a plus but not required.
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and travel at least twice every two weeks.
