Job Description

We’re looking for an Outbound Growth Expert who loves picking up the phone, starting conversations, and turning interest into action.


You’ll be part of an exciting pilot project — a fast-growing company bringing a simple but joyful idea to US workplaces: automatic birthday cake delivery for employees. Your mission is to introduce this to SMBs in the San Francisco / Bay Area and help them get started.

This role is ideal for a hunter mindset: someone who enjoys clear goals, high activity, and visible impact. If the pilot is successful, this can quickly grow into a long-term role with more ownership, influence, and leadership opportunities as the business scales.


Responsibilities

  • Reach out to US-based companies (15–100 employees) in the SF / Bay Area
  • Start conversations, build rapport, and pitch a simple, compelling product
  • Own the outbound sales process from first call to successful registration
  • Register employees accurately in the Daymaker system
  • Keep momentum with consistent daily activity and follow-ups
  • Share learnings, objections, and ideas to improve conversion
  • Spot new opportunities for growth, partnerships, or expansion as the company scales


  • Registering 200–250+ employees per month in the Daymaker system
  • Staying consistent and effective during US Pacific Time working hours
  • Maintaining high-quality data and clean registration
  • Contributing to a shared team goal of ~1,000 registrations during the trial
  • Representing the Daymaker brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity


Job Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or high-volume B2B outreach, ideally in the US market.
  • Confidence speaking with US-based business decision-makers by phone
  • Ability to run the full outbound sales cycle independently
  • Comfort with clear targets, numbers, and performance expectations
  • Strong discipline in tracking activity and results
  • A proactive, reliable, and ownership-driven mindset
  • Availability to work US Pacific Time (San Francisco hours)

  • Background in employee benefits, HR services, gifting, or SaaS
  • Curiosity about partnerships and new growth channels
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • Ambition to grow into a senior or leadership role over time
