Role Overview

The BitMart Growth Intern role is a remote, student-focused internship designed for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to how a global crypto exchange grows users, builds communities, and launches products across international markets. The program operates on a performance-based model, where interns receive official certification, learning resources, mentorship, and the opportunity to earn commission-based and performance incentives tied to impact and results. Interns join rolling three-month cohorts and work on real growth initiatives supporting BitMart’s global expansion, campus presence, and Web3 education efforts.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities may vary based on your profile, skills, and interests, but typically include:

• Supporting user growth initiatives across campus and online communities
• Assisting with product awareness and education campaigns for BitMart’s core trading and financial products
• Organizing and promoting online events, AMAs, and Web3 learning sessions
• Contributing to content distribution and community engagement across social and messaging platforms
• Tracking basic performance metrics and participating in weekly growth reviews and feedback sessions
• Collaborating with interns globally as part of a structured, team-based growth program
