Description
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide information about services and facilities.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing and data entry.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in office software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, manage reservation systems, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may involve night or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
