- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and manage staff on service standards.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through quality service.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize menu offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, teamwork, quality control, cost management, and operations management abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with shifts that may include nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a strong team player.
