Responsibilities:

Fiat Business Product Planning

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and implementation of fiat on-ramp, off-ramp, card issuance, and fiat trading pair product lines within the exchange business, as well as manage the product lifecycle.
• Map the user fiat payment experience to enhance conversion rates and fund flow efficiency.

Cross-border Payments and Compliance Coordination

• Coordinate integration requirements with third-party payment service providers (e.g., banks, payment gateways, wallet services) to enable fiat channels.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to integrate KYC/AML mechanisms and design compliant products.

Product Design and Requirement Management

• Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user flow diagrams, defining system and interaction requirements.
• Organize review meetings and track development and testing progress to ensure high-quality releases.

Data-driven Optimization

• Monitor core product metrics (conversion rate, settlement rate, complaint rate, etc.) and drive continuous iteration.
• Analyze user behavior to propose product optimization and innovation strategies.

Cross-team Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Risk Control, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, and other departments to drive product delivery.
• Develop differentiated fiat strategies for various countries or regions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product experience in Internet or fintech, including 3+ years in payments or fiat products. Experience in digital assets or cryptocurrency is a plus. Familiarity with KYC, AML, and risk control process design in compliant payment systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields; international perspective and strong English proficiency.
• Strong rapid learning ability and self-motivation, with long-term product planning mindset and capability to drive orderly iterations.
• High stress tolerance and ability to manage multi-threaded tasks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; adaptable to diverse stakeholders and efficient in cross-team collaboration.
