Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for requirement research, planning, and implementation of trading platform and financial derivatives businesses;

2. Monitor market trends and similar industry products to uncover core requirements;

3. Gather user and internal feedback, and continuously update and iterate products in line with company business plans;

4. Communicate effectively with R&D, QA, operations, and other departments to ensure full understanding of the product and facilitate product launches;

5. Monitor product data, perform analysis and reporting, continuously improve the product, and address user pain points;

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with the cryptocurrency trading domain, with a background in exchange-based derivatives products;

2. Over 5 years of product management or related experience, preferably with a financial products background;

3. Strong sensitivity to the user experience of derivatives products, with the ability to design from the user’s perspective;

4. Proficient in requirement analysis methods and processes, with the ability to create product prototypes and write PRDs;

5. Clear product vision, strong capability to manage the product holistically, and excellent attention to design details;

6. High sense of responsibility and strong ability to work under pressure.
