About the Role

• We’re looking for an Editor who can help us articulate our voice and vision with consistency, intelligence, and flair. You’ll work closely with the founder and other team members to refine written content across formats, ranging from thought leadership articles, pitch decks, client deliverables, to web and social copy.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and refine content for grammar, flow, clarity, and tone across various formats.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s editorial voice and style
• Provide developmental feedback on draft content to enhance structure and message
• Collaborate with the founder and other creatives to brainstorm and shape key messages
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals
• Manage timelines and workflow to meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects

• Proven experience as an Editor, Content Strategist, or similar role
• Excellent command of grammar, syntax, and style conventions
• Ability to adapt voice and tone across different contexts and audiences
• Sharp attention to detail and high standards for polish and clarity
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bonus: Background or interest in education, thought leadership, or brand strategy
