Job Description
负责海外市场（如拉丁美洲等）的大媒体广告投放，制定媒体投放策略，执行广告投放并优化效果。
- 操作并管理广告平台账户（包括Facebook、GoogleAds、TikTok、Unity Ads、Applovin、Vungle、DSP等），完成受众定位、预算分配及日常监控。
- 分析各渠道广告数据指标，多归因平台使用，提出优化建议以提升用户获取效率与ROI。
- 游戏类广告创意调研及脚本输出。
- 全球竞品广告实时监控调研，有效指导广告优化方向及广告创意产出。
Requirements
- 2年左右以上海外市场广告投放经验，有游戏行业经验。
- 熟悉全球大媒体广告渠道（Google，Meta，Tiktok，X）等实操投放优化，包含app和web端。
- 熟悉游戏类广告创意策略，与设计部门合作紧密。
- 擅长数据分析与跨部门沟通，能独立撰写报告并提出行动优化建议。
