What To Do: This is a hybrid role where you’ll think like a growth marketer and execute like a project manager. You’ll work directly with our CRO and collaborate closely with the CEO and brand teams to drive DTC performance and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution

• Own and execute across Shopify, Klaviyo, email flows, paid campaigns, and product pages
• Collaborate on campaign planning, launches, promotions, and DTC calendars
• Track and report KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, Open Rates, etc.)

Vendor & Freelancer Management

• Act as the main point of contact for agencies and freelancers
• Ensure accountability, timelines, and deliverables are met
• Source, vet, and onboard new freelancers as needed

• 3–5 years in digital marketing or project management (DTC experience required)
• Hands-on with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads
• Fluent English speaker, ideally based in LATAM (EST time zone)
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Bonus: Experience in golf, sporting goods, or outdoor brands
• Bonus: Influencer or affiliate marketing coordination experience
