Job Description
Description
- 负责数据仓库ETL设计、建设与优化，构建可靠稳定的基础数据层能力；
- 充分理解业务需求，转化为合理的数据模型，完成业务数据需求的开发落地；
- 熟练使用SQL，擅长复杂逻辑的查询处理及性能调优；
- 熟悉主流的BI工具，并可以基于BI工具进行应用开发，熟悉Grafana者优先；
- 参与其他包括但不限于数据资产治理、数据质量保障等日常工作；
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业，有机器学习，数据挖掘项目经验者优先；
- 有扎实的SQL编程语言基础，熟悉账掌握数据清洗、分类、入库等日常工作；
- 深入理解常用的数据建模理论，可独立把控数据仓库各层级的设计;了解数据治理，从事过治理相关工作、理解数据治理的重要性；
- 具有数据敏感性，专注数据的价值发现和变现转化，积极主动，及时发现问题解决问题等；
- 有较强的团队协作精神，独立工作能力、沟通及表达能力强，工作责任心强，能够承受压力。
- Up to $6,000U/月。薪资范围根据个人经验面议，表现优异者可获参与期权分红福利。
