Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, phone, email, or social media.
  • Providing clear and accurate product/service information.
  • Assisting customers in resolving issues, complaints, or requests.
  • Recording and documenting customer interactions in the system (CRM/Excel).
  • Conveying customer feedback to relevant teams.
  • Maintaining friendly, polite, and professional communication at all times.
  • Handling orders, returns, or service changes (if applicable).

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school (associate degree/bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience in customer service (considered an advantage).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, patient, solution-oriented, and highly empathetic.
  • Able to work with time targets and under pressure.
  • Familiar with communication platforms (WhatsApp, email, live chat, etc.).
  • Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet connection (for online customer service).
  • Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends (if required).

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school equivalent (D3/S1 preferred).
  • Experience working as a Customer Service or in customer service roles (a plus).
  • Communicative, friendly, and patient in dealing with customers.
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (formal & polite).
  • Quick response, solution-oriented, and able to handle complaints calmly.
  • Familiar with using digital communication tools, such as:
  1. WhatsApp Business
  2. Live Chat
  3. Email
  4. Phone / Call Center
  5. E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
  • Able to type quickly and accurately.
  • Has a laptop/computer and stable internet connection (for online CS).
  • Disciplined, honest, and responsible in completing tasks.
  • Willing to work on a shift system, including weekends or holidays if needed.
  • Able to work in teams as well as individually, and accustomed to working with targets.


Additional Requirements (Optional/Company Specific):

  • Able to use CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Understanding the basics of the products/services offered by the company.
  • Having a clear voice and good intonation (for phone CS).
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
