Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: At least 1.5 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent team player with a positive attitude
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with call center software and basic troubleshooting techniques
