1. Respond to user inquiries via online customer service channels (ticketing system, Telegram, email, community, etc.), providing timely and professional support;

2. Handle user consultations and issues related to deposits, withdrawals, trading, and account security;

3. Collect and report common user feedback on product experience to assist product and operations teams in optimization;

4. Support user Q&A during marketing campaigns and maintain a positive community atmosphere;

5. Communicate with risk control, technical, and operations teams to ensure rapid issue resolution.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken), able to independently handle international user communications;

2. At least 1 year of customer service experience in Web3/cryptocurrency exchanges, familiar with deposit, withdrawal, futures, and spot trading;

3. Familiar with community management tools such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter;

4. Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience, with the ability to work in shifts;

5. Responsible and team-oriented, willing to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in OTC/agent support or VIP customer service;

2. Proficient with customer service systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, and LiveChat;

3. Knowledge of Southeast Asian languages or multilingual capabilities preferred.
