Job Description
Description
- Respond to customer inquiries chat or messaging platforms in both Thai and English.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Understand company products/services to effectively answer questions and resolve concerns.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
- Translate documents or communications from English to Korean (and vice versa), if needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in English can speak korean or thai language
- Preferably Filipino nationality
- At least High School graduate or College Level
- With or without BPO/CSR experience (experience is a plus)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Must have a quiet working environment (for remote setup, if applicable)
- Can start ASAP
- Equipment ready for the job.
