As a Customer Service Representative for the Airline Travel Account, your responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound calls from passengers regarding bookings, flight schedules, and ticket inquiries.
• Assisting customers with rebooking, refunds, and other post-flight services.
• Providing accurate information about airline policies, baggage rules, and travel requirements.
• Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Documenting customer details and transactions accurately in the system.
• Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications:
