Requirements

- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
