Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or call center roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain customer records.
