Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about products and services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Handle returns and refunds in a professional manner
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require shift work.
