• Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.

• Provide banking support and customer service and answer queries related to their accounts. 
• 100% voice support and must be amenable to work in any shift schedule particularly graveyard shift. 
• Must be willing to work onsite and during holidays.
• Bachelor's Degree (2024/2025)
• 0 to 5 months' work experience.
