Description
- Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Inspect ongoing construction work for quality, safety, and adherence to plans (civil discipline)
- Report any deviations or issues to engineers and project managers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of project activities.
- Document changes to plans, specifications, and any deviations from the original design.
- Preparing of progress report and other document requirements for the project
Requirements
- A minimum of an associate degree or a diploma in civil engineering technology, construction technology, or a related field
- Preferably with at least 2 years related experience in construction
- Able to work in outdoor conditions. Physical fitness is an asset.
- Mathematical, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good reporting skills
- Proficient in MS word, excel
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting and design work
- Ability to interpret design drawings and estimate quantities of materials used accordingly
- Detail-oriented
- Willing to be assigned in Olongapo, Zambales
