- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing calls.
- Document all interactions in the system.

- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service orientation, and effective problem-solving abilities.
