Description
- Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Meet call handling targets and performance metrics.
- Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in BPO industry in Blend Financial Account local or international, willing to work onsite or office based, full-time, USA time, shifting schedule.
- Willing to undergo 1 month paid training after passing the final interview
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English (USA or British Accent is advantage) can type 100 words per minute, strong customer service, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, familiarity with Salesforce, and call center operations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for shift work, and high call volume.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, adaptable, resilient, and an excellent communicator.
