Brand Digitalization Business Development

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Location: Primarily remote, with options for online and offline meetings as needed for projects

Number of Positions: 3-5

• Proactively identify potential brand partners and encourage their participation in XooRWA's brand digital asset issuance and marketing cycle;
• Assist in developing project business models and collaboration proposals, and draft external proposals, business plans, and partnership terms;
• Support partner brands in the issuance of digital assets, incentive model establishment, and subsequent operations;
• Collaborate with platform operations, product, and community teams to ensure successful project launch and execution;
• Continuously track the effectiveness of brand projects, provide optimization suggestions, and establish long-term collaboration mechanisms.

1. Experience in business development with brands, public relations firms, creative advertising, or the consumer goods industry is preferred;
2. Familiarity with brand marketing logic and a solid understanding or strong interest in Web3/NFT/RWA models;
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to independently plan and drive project execution;
4. An entrepreneurial mindset and mission-driven attitude, with a belief in the trend of digital assetization is preferred;
5. Proficiency in English or Cantonese is a plus, with preference given to candidates with multilingual communication abilities.
