Description
- Operate backhoe equipment for construction and excavation projects.
- Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on machinery.
- Excavate, grade, and backfill as per project specifications.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Job Title: Backhoe Operator
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in operating backhoe machinery and experience with Nastran software for analytical modeling.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Safely operate backhoe, perform maintenance checks, and assist in excavations.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions, potential for physically demanding tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, strong communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
