Description

  • Virtual Admin is a technology-based digital assistant responsible for assisting with various administrative functions remotely. These tasks usually include data management, scheduling, communication, data entry, customer service, and various other administrative activities.
  • Entering and updating data in systems or databases.
  • Organizing digital files and storing data neatly.
  • Managing and responding to emails and incoming messages.

Requirements

  • High school/vocational school graduate or equivalent
  • Willing to work remotely with a flexible schedule.
  • Experience as a virtual admin or similar administrative position is a plus.
  • Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
