Description
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot air conditioning systems across the resort, including central HVAC units and individual air conditioning units in guest rooms, public spaces, and kitchens.
- Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs to ensure optimal air quality and temperature control.
- Diagnose and fix air conditioning malfunctions, including issues with refrigeration cycles, compressors, thermostats, and ductwork.
- Keep detailed records of service requests, inspections, and maintenance performed on air conditioning systems.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a High school or Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field
- Must be able to read blueprints and technical diagram
- Knowledgeabe in preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of airconditioning units (AHU, FCU, PACU, VAV) is a plus
