Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with project management and maintain databases.
  • Handle communications, both internal and external, with professionalism.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Support team in various tasks as needed.

Requirements

  •  Must have Administrative experience.
  • Has background in handling documents
  • Willing to work Mon- Fri | 9:30am-7:30pm, Sat | 9am-12nn
  • Can work onsite in Caloocan
