Manage day-to-day administrative functions to improve efficiency and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Oversee driver scheduling and coordination.
Handle procurement by identifying requirements, negotiating cost, quality, and delivery terms for materials, tools, and supplies.
Maintain well-stocked facilities and coordinate maintenance or repairs to uphold office standards.
Develop and implement procedures related to facilities, equipment, supplies, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
Track office spending, ensure compliance with budgets, support budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, and arrange for necessary repairs.
Keep accurate documentation, prepare reports, and communicate with external partners when needed.
Oversee the application and renewal processes for permits and licenses.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in 1 - 2 years' administrative roles.
With at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity (advantage)
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.
