Report to the office manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
Coordinate and arrange team meetings
Assisting with projects by tracking deadlines, managing tasks, and facilitating communication with clients
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance
Provide data for payroll preparation, including absences, bonuses, and leaves.
Recruitment and Onboarding
Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and company guidelines.

At least 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledgeable in basic HR functions (e.g., recruitment, timekeeping, employee records)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Organized and detail-oriented
Proactive and dynamic in handling tasks and responsibilities
