JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Financial Management or its equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in admin, corporate accounting, taxation, and BIR filing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and able to meet deadlines efficiently.
Has excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate BIR filings, compliance with tax laws, and preparation of government-mandated reports.
Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and process transactions efficiently.
Analyze financial statements and provide insights for decision-making.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software for data analysis, reporting, and financial management.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax agencies, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide administrative support in a variety of functions of the company.
Review, prioritize, direct and delegate a wide variety of complex and confidential request that are presented to the executive for considerations.
Respond to our routes priority or confidential inquiries from external/internal sources with correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
