  • Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies.
  • Support inventory management and maintain accurate product displays.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage product orders.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management, effective public speaking, sales training, and sales management skills. Must excel in teamwork.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in inventory tracking, support sales efforts, and participate in team meetings.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with possible weekend and holiday shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator with a positive attitude.
