The Warehouse Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper handling of materials, and assisting with the efficient flow of goods. This position is responsible for tracking all incoming, outgoing, and stored inventory to help maintain operational accuracy and support the overall efficiency of the supply chain.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments in line with dispatch schedules.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Properly label, store, and organize materials in designated locations for efficient retrieval.
• Maintain clean and safe working conditions in the warehouse in accordance with safety protocols.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials using appropriate equipment
• Report inventory discrepancies or damages promptly to warehouse supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in warehouse efficiency and organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory control, or similar roles preferred.
• Basic computer literacy; experience with inventory or warehouse systems (ERP/WMS) is an advantage.
• Physically fit; ability to lift, carry, and move items up to [XX] kg as needed.
