簡介
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and grounds.
- Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety of the facility by addressing potential hazards, reporting issues, and monitoring for unauthorized access.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining records of completed work, materials used, and inventory.
- Following Instructions: Receiving direction from supervisors or managers and adhering to established procedures.
- Assisting with Maintenance: Supporting skilled tradespeople in larger maintenance and repair projects.
- Emergency Response: Responding to emergencies like leaks or outages, and taking appropriate action.
職位要求
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a utility worker.
- Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
- Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
- Experience working with dangerous cleaning chemicals.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
