Job Summary:

The Account Executive/Systems Consultant oversees sales activities and develops relationships with

customers. He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new

sales opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate

accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business

opportunities, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota

• Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts

• Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies

• Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries

• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness

• Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoint

• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction

• Use client feedback to improve customer experience

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT or any related field.

Experience

  • With at least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or selling IT services

  • With basic knowledge in Account and Relationship Management
